How did we reach this state of wrong-thinking, apathy and misconceptions, about this great nation, founded on the principles of Freedom of the Individual, Private property ownership, and limited political government, justice in the court system, plus expectations of moral elected politicians, to follow the Constitution?
Where and how did we go so far astray from the fundamental tenets of the great moral guides of The Ten Commandments and Declaration of Independence, to arrive at a place less than 300 years after the formation of this nation, to wind up in a state of Socialism operating on the teachings of Marxism?

A media frenzy this week, picking and kicking at Tony Hayward, the six-million dollar man, who heads up British Petroleum (BP), appearing before a congressional hearing in Washington. Apparently bedazzling the whole lot of members of Congress with his footwork and adept question dodging.
Over the years, I have listened to many congressional fact-finding hearings, on the radio, television and once in person. Plus reading many accounts of hearings, like the Alger Hiss hearings. Never have I heard anyone in the hot-seat before Congress with the mental dexterity to handle elected officials like Tony Hayward.

Here we are at the beginning of a long hot summer. A beautiful day here in the red clay hills of north Georgia, on the edge of Lake Lanier at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. A vacation spot for many to fish and boat on Lake Lanier.
I’m the designated overseer of 5-year old Prince William’s garden, watering twice a day. A garden plot he planted several weeks ago. Not enough produce to warrant a spot at the farmers market, but a bushel of fun to enjoy William emoting over his production when he comes for a visit.

“Imposters in The Temple,” by Martin Anderson.
Here’s a reprint from Laissez Faire Books issued in1992. “Feisty, tell all sizzler about the corrupt professors who rule our universities today, Imposters in The Temple. American intellectuals are destroying our universities and cheating our students of their future .”
“At many universities, tuition is now about $20,000 a year. For this princely sum you get professors who often don’t teach because they’d rather spend their time cluttering academic journals with un-readable, occasionally plagiarized articles reporting on research of little interest, even to their peers. The Cloistered professors, however, do have a passion for leftist politics. Outside of Albania, American universities remain the last great Marxist strongholds.”
