PRESIDENT OBAMA IS THE SMARTEST POLITICIAN (Issue 696)

We are in the midst of a very heated vetting process amongst the Republican candidates. It’s like a game of fruit basket turnover as they vacillate in polls relative to who’s on first and who’s on second.

No one is really saying anything new, but mostly the same old rhetoric of politicians. I don’t hear any of them speaking up for Individual Freedom, and personal property Rights.

TODAY’S POLITICS AND THE LAW, BY FREDERIC BASTIAT-1850 (Issue 695)

Truth is that which is – the absence of a lie. That which was Right, Correct and Moral in 1850 when Frederic Bastiat wrote “The Law” is true today. There is so much common sense to his writings, so revelant to everyone in today’s political climate, I strongly urge anyone who has not read “The Law” to obtain a copy, and read the wisdom in his writings. He believed in “natural Law,” and God-given Natural Rights, and expresses that so eloquently in his writings. His writings are copyrighted by Ludwig Von Mises Institute.

FREEDOM IS ON TRIAL, BETWEEN THE PEOPLE AND 2012 CANDIDATES (Issue 694)

This third week into year 2012, the Republican candidates are squaring off in South Carolina. Last night I listened to each on the Mike Huckaby Forum. Each candidate appeared and answered pre-printed questions from a live audience. As I view it, they were all veiled questions relating to the bondage we the people have voted ourselves into, lo these past years. Each person asked questions about their particular pet peeve.

CAYENNE PEPPER, LEATHER BRITCHES, And PRINCE WILLIAM (Issue 693)

Last week my six year old grandson, Prince William, said he wanted a hot pepper sandwich for lunch. I had never heard of a hot pepper sandwich, but I crushed up some dried cayenne and made the sandwich and he ate it.

If you are a regular reader of my Blog articles, then you know I write about Prince William, his gardening, golfing and projecting, especially his squirrel trap building.

He began gardening at 3 years old and last season planted cayenne pepper. Before the first frost we gathered the pepper and dried it.
