Keith Oberman = O’Reilly = Chris Matthews = Fredrich Bastiat. About 3 TV Personalities and 19th Century French Writer, Bastiat (Issue 178)

One of my very favorite  writers is Fredrich Bastiat, who wrote, “The Law” and another book titled, “That Which is Seen and Not Seen” looking through a broken window.

I sometimes listen to Keith Oberman, who has a nightly news program. I can describe him as being handsome, articulate, entertaining and the best dressed news man on television. He can get into name-calling and butt-kicking ranting like no one else on the air. Plus he is so far left; he’s off the charts in left-field.

Last night aside from his usual time spent name-calling and criticizing Bill O’Reilly, he took on Ann Coulter and something she had said about his education at Cornell. He got so worked over it, he was almost frothing at the mouth when he raised up his college diploma before the camera, to prove just how well educated and smart he is.

Granted he is very smart, but in my opinion indoctrinated into the philosophy of Socialism. As so many other college graduates are who have made their contributions to the dismantling of the Principles of individual freedom and individual property rights upon which this nation was founded.

Another newscaster, Chris Matthews, is smart, articulate, and entertaining but he dances to the tune  of the leftist Socialist song and theme.

Bill O’Reilly pitches a different concept on his nightly program, and usually has very interesting guest on his program.  He too is a very smart articulate broadcaster. However his views are more along a garden variety conservative.

I’ve never figured out exactly what Ann Coulter is, but my best guess is she wants a conservative political government, whatever that is. And she and O’Reilly have in common many areas of agreement.

As I see it, Oberman and Matthews have what they approve of in the current seat of power in Washington.  Whereas O’Reilly and Coulter think another brand of politics by having someone up there with a “conservative” labeling would please them.

Some seem to want a do all, have all political regimes in power, whereas others seem to want some illusive limited form of political government. And whether one claims to be a Liberal or Conservative, Democrat or Republican, they all have a great deal in common, with reference to dismantling the idea of individual Freedom upon which this country was founded. It’s all a matter of degree and not a matter of labels.

The battle between liberal and conservatives, democrats and republicans keeps the attention on them, detracting from the fact they are the ones feeding the flame in one shape form or fashion, to help in the tiger trek down the road to socialism. I never hear them discuss individual freedom and what’s happened to it, nor the damage to personal property rights, which is at the core of this so-called “crisis” we are experiencing. As they look through the broken window reminds me of the old saying, “All the world is wrong but me and the and sometimes I have my doubts about thee.”

“Conservatives” and “liberals” work together to ratchet us further down the road to a fully socialist society.
