OWNERSHIP BOUNDARIES – PROPERTY RIGHTS – PRIVILEGES – FREEDOM OF CHOICE – THIS LIFE IS MINE (ISSUE 275)

That’s mine!! A small child yells, when another grabs a toy out of its hands.

Why is so much of the money I have earned taken out of my weekly paycheck, the worker asks, when he opens his weekly paycheck, and seeing his salary drop from $600 to $325, after all the deductions. Taxes, taxes, where does it go?

Last week a lady knocked on my door looking for a job house cleaning. I invited her in and interviewed her. She appeared in excellent health, but said she drew a disability check plus food stamps from the government. Lives with her daughter, a single parent with one child, and they too receive government doles and food stamp vouchers.

They both clean houses and charge a minimum of $75 each time. Working five days a week, this means between them they make $750 per week, with no deductions, because they do not pay income taxes but receive disability monies and food stamps from the government on top of this $750 weekly monies.

For the worker making $600 weekly with deductions, this is where a large portion of his money goes, to support a welfare system, whereby the government takes and redistributes to those able to work and do so, but still on the dole. This arrangement can be multiplied by the millions across this country.

This is just one example of the Socialist system of extortion and thievery. The taking of one person’s property (money) by a gun or threat of a gun to redistribute to a non-owner. The immorality of a system of thievery. That’s what the average worker is victimized for.

Let’s again examine “ownership.” What is the criteria of ownership? In order to own anything, it must have a boundary. To own a thing you must be in control of it. Plus you must be able to destroy it. These are the 3 things one must establish in order to determine ownership.

By the nature of our existence, we must “own” in order to live and exist. We begin with a “Right” to live. Now I can’t prove that. But to me seems self-evident by virtue of the fact we exist. However there is proof in order to live, we must own property, plus having the ability of control and destroy.

We buy a hamburger. We own it, control it and destroy it. We chop down a tree to burn in a fireplace for heat. We destroy it. We grow cotton, then destroy to convert into clothing. We harvest oil from the ocean, to destroy as fuel to operate vehicles. By our nature we are destroyers and the list is endless as proof of this.

Ownership of property is a total concept. If you cannot control and cannot destroy, you in fact do not own a thing. When you are required to obtain permission from another in order to make any changes or destroy, then you are reduced to a non-owner, or in some cases a sharecropper status.

Because we have a Right to Life, then it stands to reason we have a Right to sustain it, and have a Right to property ownership to sustain. If we in fact have a right to life, that Right extends to sustainability. And sustainability requires ownership, and ownership has three requirements – control, a boundary and power to destroy.

A privilege is not a Right. A privilege is something granted by another person, who has in some shape, form or fashion, control over your life and property.

Political government grants privileges to some by taking the property of one to redistribute to another. A system of plundering. For example, the driver’s license. Government takes property by taxation from some to build roads and highways, then grants a privilege to some to use via the issuance of a driver’s license. We have a Right to travel, but usage of tax-funded highways is only permitted by privilege. Licensing is a system of theft by taking.

Streets and highways should be in private hands in a free-enterprising capitalistic system, like the grocery business, or the insurance business.

If the highways were privately owned, then anyone desiring to use, could purchase, by any number of methods, a six months, or annual premium, plus other options.

For example, a race track is privately owned, in order to use it the participant pays a fee. There’s no charge to me because I don’t use it.

Freedom is self-control and self-responsibility. This means we are beings of choice. The concept of Freedom is 100%. To the degree political government removes self-responsibility and self-control, is the degree of bondage and enslavement we are subjected to in Life and Right to own property and Right to choose.

Stop and take stock of where you are relative to 100 percent Freedom. Is the bondage and encroachment, 20%, 50%, 75%, just where is it on the 100 percent spectrum.

Every day, elected officials on a national and state level gather to grind out more and more laws, rules, regulations and edicts, designed to eat away at your 100% percent Right to Freedom. We wake up every day with less than we had the day before.

Something is very wrong in this “land of the Free.” And for the first time in my lifetime, mainstream America is rising up from the ashes wanting to do something about it. But can individual freedom and personal property Rights be re-claimed? If so, how? If not, why not? Who has the answers? Has the willpower of the American spirit been so smashed, we accept this takeover by a few, in the seats of power?

I remind the reader, political governments have nothing until they first take from producers property which does not belong to them. And they do so by a gun or the threat of a gun. After taking they become distributors. They take from producers to give to non-producers.

Taxes by definition are an involuntary relinquishment of one’s property. Otherwise it would be called something else. Nothing to me appears a larger lie than the cowardly person who wimpishly says, “I am willing to pay taxes.” That mentality which implies, I honor the thief, is the heighth of cowardice, in my opinion. An excuse to do nothing, and an unwillingness to face reality. A fool’s paradise mentality.

If one does not pay taxes, the power of political government sends an employee with a gun or threat of a gun to force payment or be taken to jail. Refusal to pay results in confiscation, fines or iron bars and sometimes death. We pay taxes because our choices are limited to paying, or subjection to those penalties. The Freedom of choice relative to that which we own is removed by the power of political government.

There are over 300 million people in this United States. We are living in the information age. Anything we want or need to know is available. We are in the worst “CRISIS” this country has ever faced. We are not in an economic recovery, despite all the propaganda to the contrary. Round the clock news to the contrary is only an extension of the brainwashing propaganda which brought us to this brink in the first place. And it all began back there in the twentieth century.

In this connection, it really does not matter how and when it began. The takeover of this once-great nation and the change from the Principles of Freedom to a Socialist state is upon us. And anyone who thinks or argues otherwise, simply has their head in the sand. Or they are a part of the elitist regime, knowingly and actively participating in this latter stages take-over. Changing the language to suit their scheme of things by fancy rhetoric, to dazzle with footwork.

The bearer of bad news is never very popular, and those few in the news media, who only recently began speaking up and speaking out with revelations of truth as to what is happening, are under attack. But the one bit of good news is they are reaching and touching the intellectual mettle of some in mainstream America, who are beginning to wake up to the crisis we face. Stirred to take action to take back America. A daunting task indeed.

In this war of ideas, it appears the power of the internet is the greatest tool we have to inform one individual at a time to stand up and speak up against this onslaught of those trying to take-over this country. Just as word of mouth, from one individual to another back there in the Revolution, spread to take up the cause for release from a well-armed central British rule, so it is again in motion, and spreading across this country. Ordinary individuals are involving themselves in this extraordinary cause.

Awakening to the realization, the battle to re-claim this country and its Principles and values upon which it was founded, cannot and will not come out of Washington, but rather from the hearts and minds of individuals outside the beltway, where the political power is concentrated and entrenched.

Despite the concentration of this entrenchment, the tentacles of this octopus of power, reaches across this country with pockets in every state.

It’s all about property ownership and individual choice of Freedom. The dismantling of ownership and limitation of individual choice, is the root of this evil, pervasive in this country.

According to some poll-takers, the pervading notion, and recognition, our children and their future is so bleak, and expectations for their lives being better than conditions now, have been dashed, is awaking the sleeping giant, now parents taking up the cause, not only for themselves but for the future of their children. A recognition of the threat, for many, comes as a result of what is happening to their children, particularly via the indoctrination into socialism, accomplished through the schools.

Even worse than those who crow that they are willing to pay taxes are those who refer to “my taxes”, or speak of “owing taxes” or a “tax obligation”.
