ARTICLE ONE ON PROPERTY RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
It’s my observation that the most misunderstood area in this war of ideas, and the crisis we face in this country is “Ownership of Property Rights.”
Yesterday I received a wonderful letter from a friend who astutely wrote one of the best lines I have read in quite awhile. I quote here, “The greatest problem we face is the appalling ignorance of good, well-meaning people who have a lifetime vested interest in their own misunderstanding.” That speaks volumes in a nutshell.
For sometime I kept thinking, the problem in this country is an absence of comprehension as to what and who the enemy is. However recently concluded over and beyond that is an ignorance and misunderstanding of what Freedom and ownership of property means.
I don’t think the citizens in this country can wage successful resistance to the take over of this country, without the elementary understanding of who the enemy is; i.e., what you are fighting against. Secondly, a basic understanding of what you are fighting for.
Specifically, the take over is to re-make and re-mold this country into a socialistic, totalitarian state. Therefore it’s those who are for that departure from a Republic, who are the enemies of freedom and private ownership of property. What this country originally represented is individual Freedom and Property Rights.
Accordingly, the enemy is socialism, either brand of communism or fascism, and what the enemy intends to do and is doing is destroying freedom and personal property Rights. Those two things are synonymous. Can’t have freedom without ownership of property, and can’t own property without Freedom.
In the many articles I have written, I have attempted to explain as simply as I know how. To understand is not rocket science. However to misunderstand these two things spells defeat, no matter how hard you try, and no matter what you do.
This concept of two opposing factions is the difference in bondage and Freedom. Further, these concepts are neither Republican, nor Democrat. They embrace the Principles of two opposing Philosophies. That is the Philosophy of Freedom or the philosophy of socialism. That’s the totality of the crisis we face. You can clothe in any wrapper you choose, but fancy rhetoric simply muddles one’s thinking, and promotes confusion, which is the effective tool those use who are out to destroy what this nation once stood for.
The question to ask yourself is: “Am I one of those individuals who have a vested interest in my own misunderstanding? Or, am I a person who needs enlightment about my disturbed feelings, anger, frustration over current events and the losses I have experienced? Plus my dashed hopes and dreams?”
I remind the reader, Resistance is not discord. The absence of effectiveness, we observe is the result of misunderstanding relative to these two factions.
As the writer of the letter I mentioned states, “For whatever reason, very little progress can be made influencing others, since so many years have only served to reinforce their false understanding. All officialdom says we are not only wrong, but a bit wacky as well!!!! It’s only human nature to want to stay on the side of RESPECTABILITY. Nobody wants to join the ranks of what they have been told and labeled Weirdos!!” This informs us the propaganda and lies we have been fed is understood as “social truths.”
My friend further states, “Lenin said it very well; make our enemies smell like dead fish!!” Therefore the question is, have we been so brainwashed, and fed so many lies, told we were weirdos, and all the other names, thrown at us at the latest summer town hall meetings, we smell like dead fish? The problem is appalling ignorance, my friend states.
