THIRD IN A SERIES: PROPERTY RIGHTS AND GOVERNMENT INTRUSION

This story goes back to the eighties. A time when I stood up and fought back when political government intruded into my life, and infringed upon my personal property Rights.
I was living in an apartment complex in Atlanta, when I injured my back, an injury which took several months of lying around not doing much of anything, to recuperate from the injury.
