The Cause Is Socialism. Entrenchment Gained Via Socialized Schools (Issue 181)

I have written almost 200 lengthy articles in the past year I’ve been writing this blog site.  I have touched on a number of subjects, but mostly I’ve written about politics and The Philosophy of Freedom. If I understand anything, I understand the real meaning of Freedom.

But there’s an area, I failed to grasp the actual significance of, not in my understanding of the meaning of freedom, but in the real cause of the demise of it. You see, I thought everyone wanted freedom, and I was mistaken. My second error in judgment was viewing symptoms as a cause of the demise of individual freedom.  And the third fallacy in my thinking was the majority of Americans would never accept Socialism.

The current conditions, as they exist in this country support the notion the majority do not want the self-responsibility and self-control of individual freedom. As evidenced by the numbers lining up in droves, like pigs to the trough for a slice of the billions promised by political government in so-called bailout money, or stimulus packages. And the many welfare programs under the varied titles whether health, housing or any other title.

Secondly, I did not believe the majority of Americans would buy into Socialism, because they would reject it under the common names like communism and Fascism. I believed we were safe from socialism, because I did not believe the majority of Americans would accept Communism and Fascism, over a life of freedom and the free market place in a capitalistic system.

Thirdly, there’s the entrapment of hype and news about the economy.  Everyone has a favorite spot to place blame: It’s the Dollar, its Wall Street, it’s the banks, it’s the new regime, and it’s the old regime. It’s the Democrats, it’s the Republicans, it’s the right wingers or the left wingers, the conservatives or liberals. And on and on ad infinitum.

All of a sudden, I realized all these things are just symptoms. What is the cause? If this country is the envy of the world, and created the most desirable way of life by individual freedom, and rights to personal ownership of property and a free market, capitalistic system, how is it and why is it we have embraced socialism, line, hook and sinker, but would balk at Communism and Fascism?

We have had plenty of fore-warnings from such people as George Orwell in his book, 1984, Animal Farm, Keynism economics, Any Rand’s, Atlas Shrugged, and many other writers. There are dozens of organizations and centers which teach economics, history, the ins and outs of the philosophy of Socialism versus freedom and the free market system.

Where did we go so wrong, to have wound up living in a system of Socialism?

I began developing an intense dislike and opposition to the tax-supported school system since the early sixties. A few months ago I began clipping newspaper articles about schools. And I am amazed at the number of news articles about the system. One recent article told about the rise in cheating in the schools. Stating, “Dishonest habits are on the rise in schools.” In a recent survey, more than one in three boys and one fourth of girls admitted stealing from a store within the past year.” A survey reported cheating in schools is rampant and getting worse. Sixty-four percent of students cheated on a test in the past year. And the article continued with alarming reports about what is happening in schools.

However, these kinds of reports should be no surprise to any of us, because it’s an immoral corrupt system. The tax supported system is based upon a system of thievery and by its very nature is socialistic, and do not educate but indoctrinate in the basic tenets of socialism.

Consequently, it’s my conclusion the crisis this once great nation is currently in is Socialism, pure and simple. That is the root cause. Not a road I previously thought we were traveling down. We are already there.

Here’s how it happened: Every spring for the past 5 or 6 decades, millions graduate indoctrinated into the philosophy of socialism, from 12 years in the system.  Every fall of the year millions of other young students enter the same socialistic system.

The parents of those entering next fall are products of the same system, as well as the parents of those graduating this spring. It’s like a revolving door, every nine months turning out millions of students indoctrinated into socialism in a dyed in the wool socialistic system.

What a shocking realization!!!! While we fiddle faddle around searching for answers to the cause of the current crisis and the downward spiral in the Principles and Values upon which this country was founded and built, the cause is glaringly there before us.

The talk about fear we are hearing so much about lately is actually one fear about one thing. And that is the fear to do anything about the socialized school system. Everyone is scared to face it or touch it, much less do anything about it. It’s not the elephant in the living room; it’s the ‘sacred cow”. Instead of opposition to it, there’s gross approval to support it by continued funding and increasing the funding every year.

The realization of this school situation solves one puzzle for me. And that’s why and how this country can so readily embrace socialism, but would reject it by brand names of communism and fascism. We have accepted it disguised as, “education”. Not only have we accepted it we have embraced it.

A few are beginning to express outrage over such things as bail-out of AIG and auto bailouts. Some are forming, “tea party’ protest about the decisions of congress and the current administration. They are barking up the wrong tree. The root cause lies in the socialized school system. The brainwashing of several generations into the system of socialism.

I heard Hannity say on his program tonight, “Everyone is angry” They don’t know what they are angry about… The one thing the American should and must do something about, i.e., the socialized school system, they are afraid to touch. Afraid to admit, and afraid to do anything about it when it could be tackled on local levels, because all schools across this country come under the jurisdiction of local school boards. The problem could be addressed from the bottom up, not the top down.

However the purpose of this writing is not to address the solution, but the cause.

The billions of dollars of tax payer monies poured into the school system, with the result of graduating millions every year indoctrinated into socialism, tells the story of un-deniable truth.  To expect all these students to leave the socialized system, endowed with a love and understanding of individual Freedom, appreciation for private property ownership, and an understanding of the free market place is ludicrous. It defies logic after 12 years of their formative years sitting in socialized school-rooms.

There-in lies the problem and cause of the crisis and dilemma we face to-day.
